Ten pounds!
And maybe it was the vaccines but last night she didn't scream endlessly; Nick left for an 8:00 hockey game and I braced myself to face her witching hours alone, and yet she slept in my arms the whole time he was gone, allowing me to marvel at her rolls of endless perfection.
Its amazing what a night without ceaseless screams will do for the soul.

my mom used to tell me 10 pounds was a magic number for babies sleeping better. Not sure it's 100% true all the time, but it sure can't hurt! It's great to hear she's growing so well, that should make you feel good! And here's to hoping things get better and better for you from here on out!

That must have been a welcome reprieve. Just looking at her angelic pictures makes me yearn for another baby!!!!
